The project is to replace an existing relocatable classroom (that was deemed beyond repair due to age and structural failure). Due to predicted future growth within the area it was decided to refurbish an existing space to accommodate the current students and to construct a new classroom on the site with the provision within the design to be added to in the future -if and when required with a second classroom including a toilet and bag bay
