The Awatapu College Board of Trustees is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors (Suppliers) for the various roofing projects at the College site.

The projects involve the roof replacement to the following four (4) buildings:
Stage I - 200 Block (Technology)
Stage II - K Block (Special Needs)
Stage III - D Block (Library)
Stage IV - A Block (Admin).
Refer to the attached ROI document and School Site & Staging Plan which outlines the location and extent of works required.

Qualified and experienced Main Contractors (Suppliers), where successful through this registration process, will be shortlisted to tender on all of the stages as outlined above. Each stage will be tendered separately, with indicative time frames for each stage outlined in the attached ROI document.

This ROI has been prepared for on behalf of the Awatapu College Board of Trustees by the Project Manager, Paul Patel & Associates Ltd (Procurement Officer).
