The project is to replace roof cladding on high level roofs over corridors for two Blocks (Tawa and Kowhai) at the school. The work will also involve re-pitching the new roofs, removing windows and replace some windows, and recladding walls. There is likely to be wall cladding and other materials containing asbestos. Programme for the work is to start construction in the early part of Term 1, 2019.
