Uplift existing roofing to Blocks 2,5,7,9 and 13 and undertake life cycle replacement, the scope includes like for like replacement of roof sheets, with corrugated and trapezoidal 0.55mm commercial marine grade roof sheets and supply/ install netting, underlay, insulation and flashings.

There has been no allowance for asbestos works in this scope as the visual assessment could not determine whether asbestos is contained under existing roof sheets.
