Lytton Street School located within Feilding and is currently undergoing some of their 5-year agreement (5YA) projects at their school. As the school was required to undergo some condition assessments (as part of their 5YA), the specialist condition assessment revealed some issues. Mostly, these issues concerned teaching spaces and internal environment within several blocks of Lytton Street School. Block 3 & 4 also required renovation of the current lavatory station due to existing conditions being poor.
