The principal requires a Main Building Contractor to provide building services initially for the redevelopment of Block 15 (Rakau).

The current schools 5YA project includes the modification of an existing two-level teaching space and the school may also add to the scope further school projects at its discretion including administration redevelopment and other buildings works associated with its building programme over the next 2 years with total combined construction budgets of $400k or less.
