The purpose of this ROI is for the Principal to shortlist suitable Main Contractors for the RFT stage, which will seek the delivery of construction services needed in the redevelopment works at Opononi Area School, Taipa Area School, Bay of Islands College and the new build, design & build project at Ngunguru School (the Contract Works).
The Principal is intending to let multiple contracts for Main Contractors who can carry out construction projects in a school environment, deliver value for money, and who are able to meet the Principal’s delivery requirements. The schools included in this ROI are as follows:
• Opononi Area School
• Ngunguru School
• Taipa Area School
• Bay of Islands College
Main contractors are invited to register their interest for one or more projects.
For each project, shortlisted Main Contractors will have the opportunity to provide detailed responses for the construction projects at each of these schools during the Request for Tender (RFT) stages. Shortlists for each tender package will be set at a maximum number of five tenderers, including those that have already been shortlisted through the Construction Directory.
The successful Contractors at the RFT stages will be required to deliver Main Contractor Services for the awarded school(s).
