The scope of works for this project is an internal refurbishment of the existing first floor corridor which includes for new floor coverings, wall linings, ceiling linings and upgrade of light fittings. The associated stairwell will also be upgraded including wall linings and installation of fire doors and fire walls. In conjunction with this work the fire alarm system to the entire school will be upgraded to a type 4 system and roof coverings over the corridor and stairwell will be replaced.
