Remove existing toilets, cloak bays and non-structural internal wall to form a break out/office/wet areas. Remove existing classroom sinks, cap all services off under floor. Remove existing cloak bay doors. Reconfigure with new internal wall up to ceiling level back at first truss and form a level ceiling at bottom of truss level. Relocate alarm panels and switch board to new location, remove existing bi-fold door and all existing pinboard, whiteboards. Frame up west area to form a wet area and office and break out area. There was extra nogs and breaking to be done within subfloor area. Install vision alloy cavity slider, 3 aluminium doors, internal alloy viewing panels, one small and two large exterior interior windows. Insulation of all new framed areas then 13 mm gib board lining to those areas, wet area to have a dropped ceiling. All new ceilings to be 13mm gib with acoustic panels over. The remaining existing classroom ceilings with Potter Industries acoustic panels. Replace pinboard wall lining through with quantum fabric over Micore 300 mineral fiber board. Electrically new power points, RCD protection and lighting to bring up to DQLS standard. New electric heaters throughout. Exterior light replace with LED type. All new flooring, carpet to be 500x500 carpet tiles and 2mm commercial vinyl to wet area. Existing security/fire system to be added to cover new lay out.
