Five Northland schools, all situated within mid-Northland, require works including new build construction, demolition and alteration work within the existing school buildings.

The Schools are looking to find 3-4 local, competent main contracting companies who have sound references in carrying out good work in the area. The successful companies will be known for clear communication, timely delivery, flexibility and respectful, professional conduct to work with the Schools and Project Manager as a team to deliver good quality work.
