ILE modifications to 8 classrooms in Block A. It is to include the insulation to the exterior walls where required, new lining with Autex over, upgrading the window joinery to double glazed units, replacement of carpets, provision for LED lighting, wet areas for learning, break out areas and decks area to accommodate outdoor learning areas for breakout sessions during class time.

Block A is a heritage B listed building and will involve in-depth design and consultation to meet local council and building consent regulations.
