This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit a registration of interest for Main Building Contractor for ILE, Roofing Works + Fire & Security Upgrade at New Lynn School, New Lynn, Auckland.
As part of the Schools 5 Year Property plan, the various ILE, Roofing Works and Fire & Security Upgrade are proposed.
FIRE
The School currently has installed a system which needs an upgrade.
SECURITY
Security System: The School has a Concept 3000 installed. The system will meet the current needs of the School with regard to a security control system but has been superseded by the Integrity System.
It is planned for the control system upgrade to Integrity. There are many aged security detection devices which need assessing and replacing.
ROOFING
Blocks 1,4,8 and 12 need the roof replacing.
ILE
The school proposes to address ILE issues by carrying out modifications and upgrading to provide internal withdrawal spaces together with upgrading and rationalising existing toilets including provision of warm water for student’s handwashing.
