The school’s existing central in ground boiler pipes have become corroded, and no longer service the school. The project proposes to replace the redundant, centralised boiler system, with new boilers, new gas supply and new boiler enclosure and connections for Block A, Block H and Block G. There are no requirements for staging or phasing of this project.
