The purpose of this Request for Proposals (‘RFP’) is for the Ministry to invite consultants to submit a Fixed Fee Quotation for Master Planning Services and Preliminary Design.
The successful consultant will be responsible for the delivery of the Master Plans and a Preliminary Design to a Delivery Manager assigned by the Ministry to meet the school programme and budget as outlined in the Project Background Section.
Respondents are also requested to provide a proposed percentage (%) of Construction Value to complete Lead Design (remaining design phases post preliminary design to project closeout).
