The solution required will include the removal and replacement of the membrane and substrate, part of the sub-structure and extension of the parapet at the library. It will include formation of new central gutters, rainwater heads and new flashings. The complete removal and replacement of the non-complying roof above the reception area and above the administration area are included. The replacement of the leaking staircase window and the replacement of guttering in the hall covered walkway along with adjustments to rain water heads are also required.
