This project will include the demolition of the old gymnasium, adjacent changing rooms, weights room, offices and storage areas. Existing ground will be reinstated to grass playing field and carpark edges reinstated. Pool fence will be extended to fully enclose the existing swimming pool which was bounded by the demolished building. The remaining Toilet Block is to have its end wall fully reconstructed once the Gym has been demolished.
A two Classroom Block is also to be demolished and existing ground reinstated to lawn.
The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.
