The Contract Works required are but no limited to;
• The existing classrooms are to be reconfigured and fully refurbished internally to accommodate new Dean’s office and RTLB personnel. The RTLB would be an open plan area including three meeting spaces
• The Deans’ area will have open plan workspaces accompanied with a student services centre. The entrance lobby area is to be rationalised, but will still allow access to the existing classroom/rooms. There is no access required between the RTLB and the dean/student services spaceBlock D - Refurbishment of Toilets
• Block C unisex toilets (5-6 self-contained cubicles) accessed from the exterior
• Block BA, Block P and Block J are to be demolished. There are several services that need to reconfigure prior to the demolition process to ensure minimal disruption to the existing school facilities (i.e. heating, security, and telecommunications). It is assumed at this stage that the buildings contain asbestos and the H&S requirements will form part of the tender documentation. There is minimal to no external works apart from the ‘making good’ ground works or remaining services
