Scope of Work ‐ Primarily interior refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade of the C1, C2, C3 & C4 teaching spaces in Block D, along with similar refurbishment and spatial realignment of the existing w.c’s, cloaks area and an area of external space. New roofing will be required in the area between classrooms 2 and 3. The project will also incorporate Innovative Learning Space modifications to enhance co‐operative teaching and provision of flexible learning spaces within the footprint of Rooms C1, C2, C3 and C4, and within their related ancillary spaces. In addition, outdoor learning opportunities are to be created with an exterior decking extension and improved exterior access on the south side facing the hard courts. Bag storage will be moved to the building exterior so as to free up internal spaces.
