The project is the implementation and delivery of a new roofing system including remedial works to the building envelope at South Wellington Intermediate School. It is noted that the low level roofs have been previously replaced and made good in part through a Ministry of Education project conducted in 2014. This project focuses on the high level roofs at the school. In order to minimise disruption to the school, these works are to be conducted during the upcoming Term 4 school holidays.
