Upgrade of existing toilet facilities – decommission one toilet block and completely
refurbish one block with new toilet suites, toilet partitions, wall framing, doors, wall &
ceiling linings, insulation, aluminium window inserts, vinyl flooring, and HWC
• Resource Room – conversion of decommissioned toilet block into resource storage
space including new concrete floor topping and floor covering, aluminium window
inserts to replace existing louvres
