The construction of a new special needs bathroom (2.82m x 3.82m internally.), construction of new disabled access ramps and landings to provide external access are included. Construction of a new concrete path running from the special needs bathroom across to the swimming pool is required, and a new disabled access ramp to block E, the school hall. Supply and installation of specialist sanitary fixtures, connections into the existing drainage systems, provision of wet floor coverings, provision of new ceilings, provision of electrical points also form part of the scope.
