The school is looking to engage a Design and Build Contractor to deliver the project in coordination with the school appointed project manager. Recent completion of D Block Breezeway Toilet refurbishment was completed to the delight and satisfaction of Epsom Girls Grammar School, Client. As such, the D Block (Level 1) Toilet Refurbishment is proposed to be completed to the same (or similar – subject to approval) standard.
