The solution required will include minor demolition works at the existing central exit from block A, construction of a new special needs bathroom (2.7 x 4.2m approx.), construction of new disabled access ramps and landings to provide external access to the new bathroom, construction of a new concrete path (1500mm wide) to provide a route from the main school across to the swimming pool complex on the Oliphant Road side of the school. Supply and installation of specialist sanitary fixtures, connections into the existing drainage system, replacement of wet and dry floor coverings, provision of new ceilings, provision of electrical points, smoke detectors and new lighting below the re-roofed area.
