The Board of Trustees of Kaitaia Intermediate School (the Buyer) is seeking Main Building Contractor Proposals for a Hall Refurbishment & Roofing Project.
Project consists of internal hall refurbishments including to canteen, areas of cladding replacement, windows & doors replacement, and significant roofing replacement works. Contract to be used is MOE Construction Works Contract.
Work in anticipated to take place in December 2017 - January 2018, or subject to contractors availability, please comment on this in your proposal.
