The school’s 10YPP identified Block B as needing upgrading to meet new Flexible Learning Space requirements.
The project involves the upgrading of an existing 2 classroom block with toilet block, to create two teaching spaces and two breakout spaces.
There is some replacement of subfloor framing and exterior wall framing and cladding included.
There is also some Cyclical Maintenance Exterior Painting of other classroom blocks at the school included.
