The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking a contractor to undertake the new buildings and access ways for the GSE modification project at Waitakere College (the School).
The project will be in two stages, stage one will be non-consented works that will be expected to happen prior to the second stage, which will be consented building work. The first stage consists of new ramps, threshold modification and installation of automatic doors with sensors. The second stage will include additional 108m2 of building adjoining existing buildings and also a high needs bathroom, including the installation of ceiling hoists.
