Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of the ILE Modernisation of Block 2, Classroom Foyers 1 to 12 at Greenmeadows Intermediate School, Sth Auckland.
Built in 1967, this 12 classroom block is well over due for complete interior finishes replacement and ILE modernisation to the existing Foyer / Stairwell areas.
This 12 classroom block is an approved 5ya refurbishment to the MOE new Innovative Learning Environment model.
The project is currently being Architecturally documented and is expected to commence in September 2017.
