Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of the Blocks 2,3,4, Classrooms 1 to 10 Window Replacement at Pukekohe North School.

History to the project:
These buildings were constructed in 1957, 1965 & 1958 and exterior timber fixtures have exceeded their life span. The finishes are old and require refurbishing.
The building fixtures are expected to be brought back to an ‘ as new’ condition to retain building weather tightness.
New units to be commercial Aluminium Window inserts, with Carpentry finishing. Full documentation currently being completed for tender.
This 3 block replacement project is an approved 5ya project.

All procedures are to comply with MOE Procurement and property Toolbox procedure Policies.

This tender has been completed.

Further information:
Project tender had one contract submitting a manual ROI as they had technical difficulty.
After consultation with the MoE, the contract award to Pukekohe Builders, for a cost of $ 199,860.00 + GST
