Project Description

• Lifecycle replacement of the roof on the entire block, and upgrade of all roof fixings, bracing and any missing insulation.
• Switchboard replacement.
• Upgrade the rainwater catchment to collect and store all the rainwater from the building for potable water supply for the site.
• Lifecycle replacement of the heating systems (3 x heat pumps).
• Lifecycle replacement of the swimming pool filter pumps.
