The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking a suitability qualified Contractor to demolish three old relocatable classrooms, undertake modifications to a storeroom and complete site works at Henderson Valley School (the School).

Henderson Valley School is to receive a new modular building (not part of this contract) in early 2017. To make way for the new building the demolition and enabling work needs to be completed (this contract) by mid-March 2017.
