Construction of new extension to the existing Block, new roof structure and roof covering including Interior alterations, renovations and services.

Whangarei Primary School has identified the need for the alteration and addition to Block 20 identified on the site plan, for conversion to innovative learning by creating breakout spaces and learning accommodation. The block water tight integrity is to be addressed with the construction of a new roof structure to the block.
