The Board of Trustees is seeking Main Building contractors for the Modernisation of Blocks 3 and 4 at Elm Park School. The project includes for the modernisation and reconfiguring of 4 existing classrooms and construction of a new toilet block. This will include demolition of internal walls, built-in furniture and any services. Construction of new windows, ceiling, finishes, roof replacement. The project will be staged to minimise disruption to the school.
