We are looking for a main building contractor for the conversion of a two storey building to ILE. The ground floor has minor work, the first floor classrooms are linked with a corridor the dividing wall will be opened up to create open links between the rooms. The existing cantilever fire exit is to be replaced with new free standing fire exit landing with two sets of stairs.
