The Board of Trustees of Titahi Bay School is seeking a main building contractor for Block B - Refurbish Classrooms at Titahi Bay School.

The project is the refurbishment of the classroom and interiors providing ILE elements to the teaching spaces including the creation of a withdrawal space and covered outdoor teaching area and replacement of wall, floor and ceiling linings including new services.

This procurement looks for a professional building contractor that can employ appropriately experienced staff, competent subcontractors and proven suppliers to deliver a highly performing and robust refurbishment.
