The Ministry of Education and the Board of Trustees is seeking a Main Building Contractor for Block I Capital Maintenance and ILE Upgrade at Mangapapa School (Gisborne). The project comprises:

• Demolition of some internal toilets.
• Manufacture and installation of 2 to 4 structure steel bracing frames, complete with concrete foundations.
• New floor coverings to one of the open plan spaces.
• Upgrade of existing suspended ceilings and some new suspended ceilings, ceiling insulation, and LED lighting to one of the open plan spaces.
• Autex wall products, and painting and decorating to one of the open plan spaces (rooms 13 & 14).
• The project will be able to be undertaken during Term time early 2017.
