The Ministry of Education and The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Contractor for Construction of New Classroom at Rapaura School (the School).
The Ministry of Education and School Board of Trustees of Rapaura School have agreed to build a new classroom on the school site. This new classroom is to be adjoined to the existing rooms in Block F at the
school. The configuration of the design will need to match the existing Block in terms of dimensions and roof pitch. The school plans to upgrade the internal configuration of the existing Block F classrooms in line with MOE
Design Quality Standards for Innovative Learning Environments. This upgrade project will occur concurrently with the new build. The overall outcome sought is to have three ILE classrooms in Block F, with bathroom facilities and ILE
learning spaces, including a shared wet area. It is planned that the construction phase of these projects occurs over the end of year school break 2015/2016
