The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking responses to the ROI for redevelopment works at Sherwood Primary School (the school).

Sherwood Primary School is located at 40 Sartors Avenue in Browns Bay, Auckland. It is a decile 10 school and has a current role of 419 students.

Sherwood Primary School will undergo extensive redevelopment works to replace both aged buildings and buildings affected by weather-tightness related issues.

The proposed redevelopment works will provide new administration facilities, new teaching space, and a new multi-purpose hall together with providing the required infrastructure and external works to facilitate the proposed works.

The supplier will be expected to start works on site approximately 13/10/2016 with an anticipated construction period of approximately 260 days.
