The Ministry of Education and The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking a Main Building Contractor for ILE , Toilet Block and Disabled Access Upgrade at Ormond School (the School).

This Project comprises:
- Toilet block upgrade including new ceilings wall linings and insulation to both, new timber doors with stainless steel kick plates, new floor coverings (Polyflor Mystique).
- Installation of new Resco toilet partitions.
- New hot water cylinder, cleaners sink, hand basins and toilet suites.
- Construction of new disabled concrete access ramp, and timber deck.
