Northcote Primary School is proposing to undertake the Construction of a new Classroom block and Administration Block. As you are aware this project was subject to a RFP process last year that your company submitted a tender for. As a result of some budget issues the contract was not awarded and the project did not proceed last year. Since this time the budget has been revised and the project is now able to be retendered.
