The Board of Trustees (the Buyer) is seeking Main contractor for the construction of a new Innovative Learning Environment (ILE) classroom block for Waihi College (the School).
The project will consist of two main blocks, each containing four classrooms, a central break out space, teachers’ room and an accessible toilet. A central covered entry deck and roof link the two blocks together.
