School Support Ltd and Kokatahi Kowhitirangi School Board of Trustees are inviting firms to provide a proposal to School Support Ltd as the schools agent for the potential removal of the existing roof and the re-pitching of the roof to provide better fall to the existing gutters. This projects also involves the internal fit out of the Administration area and classroom 2.
All respondents need to be capable of carrying out all works along with subcontractors with management and provision of all materials and management of sub-trades associated with all works as set out herein and included in the design and full scope of works and the set of drawings as well as compliant with all MOE Policy’s and Requirements.
