Block 9 is comprised of two classrooms separated by a lobby/bag store area enclosed on three sides with roof over, and open to the front. The school seeks to fully enclose the area and make it a 'common' space and part of the teaching area directly accessible from both classrooms. The work generally involves some demolition, flooring, lining, joinery, plumbing, electrical and painting work.

Three responses were received in response to the ROI. All were invited to submit for the second stage RFP. Contract was awarded to Goldsack Properties who submitted a Tender price of $74797. Accent On and CH Construction were formally advised in Dec 2015 their tender bids were not successful
