The Ministry of Education (the Buyer) is seeking a suitably qualified main contractor of construction works, for the construction of 12 Classrooms, an Administration Building and associated Demolition and Site-works at Riverhead School (the School).

As part of the Classroom Development Programme, the MOE has identified Riverhead School as in need of both replacement and additional classrooms. Furthermore, the current Administration is dilapidated and not sufficient to accommodate the schools growth nor fit within the schools current masterplan.
This procurement will be a two stage process, including an initial ROI, from which selected suppliers will be invited to a tender. This tender will be evaluated on price and non-price attributes.

It is anticipated that construction will commence in early May 2016 and will be completed in December 2017.
