Hautapu School Board of Trustees are seeking registrations of interest from main building contractors only to carryout construction works for the refurbishment of the Block A Classrooms. The project will consist of a window joinery replacements, refurbishment of teaching spaces & new withdrawal space.

Registration of Interest Evaluation Criteria

(a) Experience (within similar environments) - 40%
(b) Human Resources (available capacity to commit to the project and competencies of key staff) - 30%
(c) Time, Cost, Quality (details of systems, previous projects completed on time, on or below budget + to the quality standards specified) - 15%
(d) Actions of Claims (details of any H&S incidents or weather tightness claims suffered within the last 2 years) - 10%
(e) Location (company location in relation to project site) - 5%

Registrations of Interest (refer attached 'ROI' Document) + questions relating to this project are to be submitted via the GETS website.

The Board of Trustees reserves the final right to accept or decline any registration of interest received for this project.

Thank you for your original 2015 response to the GETS Registration of Interest of Hautapu School. The school have undertaken a revised design and I am pleased to advise that you will once again be invited to submit a tender.

No contract shall arise between Ministry of Education - Regional and any tenderer(s) unless and until a formal written contract is signed by Ministry of Education - Regional and the relevant tenderer(s) covering the subject matter of this process.
