The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Building Contractors for the construction of the proposed Hamilton Boys High School - Student Services Centre.
The single storey building of approximately 734m2 includes a seminar room, uniform shop, reception, wellness centre, Deans‘ offices, and service areas.

The new building will incorporate sustainable principles in design features and construction methodology.

The building structure is designed to use the latest Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) technology construction, allowing factory fabrication for quick assembly on site. Two fabricators of LVL timber will be nominated for competitive pricing of the structural components.

The site is to be cleared by others. The main contract includes site works and some hard landscaping elements.
