The SELO programme is designed to respond to the needs of Early Childhood Education services and the educators employed in the sector.

The Ministry is requesting proposals from providers who can provide in-depth professional development to Strengthen Early Learning Opportunities (SELO), identified by the Ministry.

The SELO project is broken down into three programmes. This RFP is specific to SELO 1 and SELO 2.
