The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from organisations (interested suppliers) for the supply of job expo management and promotion in Australia (the Services). Additional information on the Services is included in Section 2.4 of the ROI.
The purpose of this request for ROI is to identify suppliers who have the capability and capacity to provide the Services.
Minimum Requirements:
Please note: the below minimum requirements which are provided to respondents to inform an investment decision regarding submitting a response. Those organisations without the necessary minimum requirements are encouraged to contact the contact person prior to submitting a response to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions regarding this or would like to clarify please contact the nominated MBIE contact person.
Respondents must be able to provide job expos in Australia for New Zealand employers, respondents must be able to provide services and demonstrate experience in the following areas;
• specialist recruitment event management to complete the venue set-up and management, marketing and public relations for all events, specifically:
o hiring a venue.
o setting up the venue with stands.
o managing the running of the expo.
o promoting the expo opportunity to New Zealand employers.
o assist NZ employers to prepare to attend the expo.
o marketing the expo opportunity to the target jobseeker audience.
o conducting a public relations campaign to support and amplify the marketing to jobseekers and generate publicity for New Zealand businesses and opportunities in New Zealand.
o all required reporting to MBIE.
Respondents must be able to provide Australian job expos between March and June 2015.
