The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate Respondents’ suitability to partner with and assist the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE), the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and the State Services Commission (SSC) in the supply and implementation of a suite of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software (the ‘Services’).
On 2 May 2014 MBIE issued a Registration of Interest (ROI) for a HRIS.
A number of responses were received to the ROI, and following a comprehensive evaluation of responses, a number of Respondents were selected to progress to the closed RFP phase of the procurement process. This RFP has been issued to those selected Respondents only.
The intended outcome of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide the Services with the provision for government agencies to leverage all or part of any resulting solution as part of a Syndicated Contract.
As per 6.4 Submission of responses, all responses are to be emailed to erin.smith@mbie.govt.nz and not submitted via GETS.
