MBIE’s L&D team have partnered with the business to understand common development needs that are required to uplift capability of our people. These five common needs have been identified as:
 Business Writing
 Technical coaching
 Presentation skills – design and delivery
 Facilitating meetings
 Influencing skills
The L&D team then interviewed a variety of people across the business to determine what outcomes they would require from any learning solutions that would make the learning relevant, effective and of value to their people.
