It is well documented that the labour market characteristics differ across ethnic groups and measuring ethnicity-based labour market disparities can be crucial for understanding the potential trends in a country’s future labour market patterns. This research will analyse a range of measurable characteristics related to Pacific people’s experience of in-work poverty in the NZ labour market.

Following an closed Request for Quotes tendering process, The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) of 15 Stout Street, Wellington has awarded this contract to Auckland university of Technology of 55 Wellesley Street, Auckland to prepare a in-work poverty research report.
